      • Silicone or methacrylate deposits → Intralesional Laser Treatment (ILT) with fiber-optic laser to liquefy and manually extract filler. Sessions last 15–30 minutes at intervals of 1–6 months.

  • Infection prevention protocols: Pre-treatment antibiotic prophylaxis, or targeted antibiotic therapy for 2–4 weeks if inflammation is present.
