For the eleventh consecutive year, Fondazione Poliambulanza has been confirmed among the Italian companies certified as Top Employers 2025. This recognition was granted following the annual evaluation of the working conditions offered to employees, covering aspects such as benefits, career development plans, and investments in training and professional growth.
The research, conducted by the Top Employers Institute, a certification body operating in over 121 countries worldwide, assessed all critical areas of human resource management. The certification was awarded to companies that have demonstrated the implementation of best practices in personnel management and development.
